DeGods needed to establish credibility after mint by launching one of Solana’s first custom NFT marketplaces. Almost no UX patterns existed, technical risk was high, and community pressure was enormous.
I designed the full 0→1 marketplace (UX/UI), built a full component library, introduced visual patterns that later became standard in the ecosystem, and guided early product strategy around trader psychology.
